Gur ki chai:

Ingredients:
- Water 1 and 1/2 cup
- Tea leaves 2 teaspoon
- Jaggery (Gur) 2 tabspoon.
- Milk 1 and 1/2 cup
- Cardamom pods (Elaichi) 2
Fennel(sonaf) 1 teaspoon.
Clove 2

- Ginger (Adrak) optional 1/4 inch small piece.

Instructions:
1. Boil water in a pan.
2. Add tea leaves,cardamum, fennel, and cloves, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
3 Allow the flavors to infuse for a while.
5. Add jaggery (Gur) to the pan and stir until it dissolves completely.
6. Pour in milk and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
7. Strain the tea into cups.
8. Serve hot and enjoy the delightful Gur ki chai!
