Kulfa from leftover burfi
Ingredients
Burfi 500 g 1/2 kg
Milk 3 glass
Khoya 250 g
Sugar 1/2 cup
Crushed almonds 2 tbsp
Crushed pistachios 2 tbsp
Method
- Heat milk
- Crumble burfi and khoya and add in hot milk
- Add sugar and store continuously on medium flame until khoya mixture combine well in milk
- When it starts thickening; turn off the heat and add crushed almonds and pistachios to it
- When this mixture cools down, place it in an airtight bowl and freeze for 5–6 hours
Variation
You can also freeze the mixture in kulfi sticks. Your children will love this idea
